With over 20 years’ experience operating in the Philippine IT-BPM marketplace, Jeff has been a steadfast champion for the advancement and proliferation of the industry’s higher skilled service offerings. From establishing, MediCall in 2003, the first clinically oriented healthcare BPM service center in Metro Manila, serving as Chairman of the Healthcare Information Management Association of the Philippines (HIMAP) from 2012 to 2022, to leading and serving on numerous industry created councils and committees focused on capabilities and branding, he has proven his commitment to driving the Philippine service offerings progressively higher up the value chain. In 2016, Jeff Co-founded Genfinity Philippines, Inc. a training/consulting organization focused on continuing the advancement of the Philippines capabilities through assessment, gap analysis and focused skills and operational training at both the worker and program level. Genfinity also assists clients interested in establishing GIC operations in the country and is investing heavily in methods utilizing the application of emerging technologies as tools to augment the country’s portfolio of services offered ensuring continued future success.
