Our Story

Our executive management team leverages over 20+ years of experience in offshore outsourcing expertise to stand up wholly owned or staff-leased remote teams directly for our Global client base.

We have worked with some of the largest corporations and private companies, allowing them to transition away from legacy BPO agreements, in order to gain more insight, management control, and cost oversight with their dedicated offshore teams.

The former executives of the first specialized healthcare BPO in the industry, MediCall, established in 2001, have joined forces once again to support clients looking to transition to a superior offshoring model. As the recognized industry leader in 2012, MediCall was acquired by Cognizant (CTS).

Many companies with BPO relationships want less restrictions and greater operational control of their Philippine Operations than utilizing the traditional BPO model provides.
