Raul Salva Cruz

Chief Operations Officer

Raul Salva Cruz presently oversees Genfinity’s HR Shared Services, Office Administration Shared Services, BPO Services, and IT Department. Prior to Genfinity Raul set up and ran the operations of Global Telehealth, Inc. (KonsultaMD), a telehealth service provider, for 5 years. As head of operations, he oversaw the Medical Operations, Sales, IT, and Customer Service.  

 Raul has 20 years of professional experience in Operations and Project Management, IT Consulting, Sales and Marketing. Prior to Genfinity and KonsultaMD, Raul was Associate Director at Cognizant, initially doing business development for its Global Clinical Services and eventually oversaw its Life Sciences projects in the Philippines. Before Cognizant, Raul was Vice President of Operations for MediCall, responsible for setting up operations in Cebu and before that Raul was Director of Operations for MediCall’s Workers’ Compensation Division. Raul joined MediCall in 2006 to start up its Market Research Services Division.

 Raul started his career in Ayala Systems Technology, Inc., a subsidiary of Ayala Corporation. Ayala Systems was a systems integrator and IT service provider where Raul was Head of the Services Division. 

 Raul earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
